Kabbalah Retreat
Jacob’s ladder describes four worlds with a dynamic of opposites and principles that interact with the flow of life. Surrounded by ancient woodland and a natural spring, we will draw from the Cordovero-Halevi line of Kabbalah to contemplate the four worlds and explore teachings on subjects such as creation, the soul and the spirit.
Courses
Marie-Elsa leads group courses on a variety of spiritual subjects. These courses can be as short as a single afternoon, a series of sessions, or week-long retreats, and can be virtual or in-person.

Spiritual Direction
Marie-Elsa works as a Spiritual Director with people from all faiths and none. She has been an Ignatian (Jesuit) director working 1-1 and with groups in different forms including silent retreats for over 20 years and a priest for 15 years. She leads creative spirituality workshops, retreats and pilgrimages working with the arts, mysticism and nature.
Coaching
Marie-Elsa has been a transformational coach for many years. She has experience of working with people in corporate, stately and cultural roles. She also lead and designed `leadership Workshops’ for Said Business School including designing corporate leadership retreats and worked with Olivier Mythodrama using Shakespeare plays and archetypes for leadership development.
