In prayer, Grace talks to us through our own particular design and we are called to respond in our own way. This can be through finding new life in tradidional prayers or taking the time to explore a new form.

This is a day of Spiritual Direction, looking at our prayer lives, different types of prayer and our relationship with God. The day will end with an hour of Exposition, a beautiful tradition of silent prayer with the body of Christ.
